How long does Happy Sleepy Powder last?
The bottles vary in size and how long they may last, especially because everyone’s body is a little different on what it may need.
In most cases the bottles will last a couple of months, some may last longer! We are happy to provide refills of individuals if they run out before others.
Does this come with instructions?
With every order we include a 4 page handout detailing the benefits of each ingredient to help determine which product to prioritize based on your unique symptoms, tips for success, and a sample schedule for introducing each amino acid to your body. We give as much information as possible to help you tailor it for your needs. Of course, it is best to work with your trusted doctor to determine what may be best for you.
When should I take it?
Start with bedtime dosing, adding in one ingredient at a time. This is so we know what causes what. Think about it this way: We want to throw a pebble in a pond and watch the ripples. With the data regarding how you feel, we can make small and intelligent adjustments. This is as opposed to throwing a handful of pebbles in and not knowing what did what.
This product is often used for anxiety or helping with medication withdrawal symptoms, and in that case dosing during the day may be appropriate for alleviating day time symptoms.
