Paul Krauss asks Dr.Nicole Cain, ND MA a series of questions about her new book Gut Psychology. Paul starts with the basics and asks Dr. Cain about the “gut system” is and how that is connected to “Psychology.” Dr. Cain discusses the basic philosophy and science behind “Gut Health”, why it is important, and why the public needs to know about it. Dr. Cain simplifies how one can make small changes to their diet that can add multiple benefits to their physical and mental wellness.
